When I was in a band back in the late 90's we'd occasionally adorn ourselves in the trappings of heavy metal & let loose. I am most definitely dialing in those early years on this one, along with the arrogance of that period in our lives by repeating "I know" in the lyrics.

Life has a way of humbling most of us though, whether sooner or later. Regardless of whether it's to take cover, or to get the work done, the head goes down.

Gotta give some thanks to the Zephaniah Chesterfield Project for this one! Met Zephaniah via social media & we decided to trade tracks that were incomplete & see what each other came up with, just as an exercise. The track they sent had a pulsing rhythm section that I couldn't get enough of, so I sort of emulated the vibe for the kernel of this song.

Then the synth solos just kept revealing itself to me as the song developed & then Jarrett topped off the intro section with some monster guitar riffing & Eric topped off the back half with some seriously intense atmosphere and we wound up with the most epic Proffessor Undressor track to date, IMHO.
